These terms and conditions apply to all private tours provided by Kumamoto and Beyond Tours.
By completing your booking and payment you agree to the policies outlined on this page.
1. Booking and Payment
Your reservation will be confirmed after your payment is completed.
Payment deadline is three days after receiving the payment link.
After the payment is completed you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
2. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply. Time is calculated in Japan Standard Time.

| 1 day before the tour | 50 percent |
| On the day of the tour | 100 percent |
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for booking.
Any currency exchange differences or transfer fees will be covered by the guide.
4. Price Includes and Does Not Include
Price Includes
- Private guiding service only
- Fuel for transportation
Price Does Not Include
- Travel insurance
- Transportation fees such as highway tolls and parking fees
- Entrance fees for museums and other facilities for both guests and guide
- Meals for guests
Meals for the guide will be paid by the guide.
5. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly recommended to have travel insurance that covers medical expenses personal injuries and trip cancellations.
6. Weather and Natural Disasters
If the tour becomes unsafe due to weather or natural disasters the tour may be cancelled.
In such a case a full refund will be issued.
7. Late Arrival
If you are late the tour may be shortened accordingly.
No additional fee will be charged for delays but the ending time will remain the same.
8. Guide Cancellation
If the guide cannot conduct the tour due to illness family emergency or other unavoidable circumstances, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued including any transaction fees.
The guide will try to arrange an alternative guide when possible but this cannot be guaranteed.
9. Liability
I am not responsible for injuries loss or damages caused by third parties facility operators or unforeseen incidents.
Guests are responsible for medical expenses resulting from injuries or accidents during the tour.
10. Photo and Privacy
Photos taken during the tour will not be used for any public purpose without your permission.
11. Language of the Tour
The tour will be conducted in English.
12. Emergency Contact
Emergency contact details will be provided after booking confirmation.
13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Japan.
